ORDERS & PRODUCTS
What products do you offer?

Christian, faith-based “witness wear”: T-shirts, hoodies, crews, tanks, hats, totes, and more—everything we can heat-cure with excellence.

Do you do custom designs?

Yes! We print for individuals, churches, events, and ministries. Tell us your vision and timeline and we’ll provide a quote and mockups.

What sizes do you carry?

Most items run from XS–3XL (some up to 5XL). Size charts are on each product page. If you’re unsure, email us and we’ll help pick the right fit.

Are items made to order?

Yes. We print to order so every piece is fresh, quality-checked, and purpose-driven.

Will my item look exactly like the photos?

Minor color/placement variations can occur due to screen differences and garment dye lots. We always print to spec and quality-check before shipping.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Where do you ship?

Anywhere in the United States (including AK/HI & territories). We don’t ship internationally yet.

How long will it take?

Production: usually 1–3 business days.
Transit: typically 2–7 business days depending on carrier & distance.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes—orders over $99 ship free in the contiguous U.S.

How do I track my order?

We’ll email you a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If your order hasn’t shipped, we can update the address—email us ASAP with the correct info. Once a label is created, changes aren’t guaranteed.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Can I cancel or edit my order?

We move fast. If you need a change or cancellation, email us within 2 hours of purchase and we’ll do our best before printing begins.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?

Because we print to order, we don’t accept general returns/exchanges for size or preference. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a free reprint or refund.

How do I start a quality issue claim?

Email support@wearstoneandsling.com with your order number, a brief description, and photos so we can resolve it quickly.

PAYMENTS & BILLING
What payment methods do you accept?

All major cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Digital gift cards are accepted on eligible items.

Is checkout secure?

Yes—SSL-encrypted and processed through trusted gateways (Shopify Payments & partners).

DISCOUNTS & BULK ORDERS
Do you offer discount codes?

We announce promos via email and social. Subscribe to stay in the loop. Unless stated, discount codes can’t be combined.

Do you offer group or bulk pricing?

Absolutely—perfect for churches, youth groups, conferences, and outreaches. Share quantities, sizes, and due date for a fast quote.

PRODUCT CARE
How should I wash my gear?

Turn inside out. Cold wash. Mild detergent. No bleach or fabric softener. Tumble low or hang dry. Don’t iron directly on the print.

“Stone & Sling” is drawn from David & Goliath—faith over fear. A simple stone and a sling, guided by trust in God, brought a giant down. That picture fuels our brand: everyday courage, simple obedience, bold witness. Our apparel is made to spark conversations that point people to Jesus—“Apparel with a mission. Message with a punch.”

What ministries do you support?

We regularly direct a portion of proceeds to gospel-centered work—local and global outreach, relief efforts, evangelism, and discipleship initiatives. Partners and projects change over time as needs change. We share giving updates periodically via email and social.
