Returns for Damaged or Defective Items

At Stone & Sling, every item is made to order and crafted with care to represent faith, truth, and boldness. Because of this, we do not maintain pre-printed inventory, and returns are generally not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or has any production issue, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will offer a free reprint or a full refund based on your preference and the issue at hand.

How to Report a Problem

  • Email us at support@wearstoneandsling.com
  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo of the item
  • We will respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of custom, made-to-order apparel, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than manufacturing defects. This includes:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Design not being as expected (please review all images carefully before purchase)
  • Custom prints, event-specific shirts, and personalized items
  • Gift cards or sale items

Shipping Responsibility

All orders are shipped via flat rate and are made to order with a 1–3 business day production window. We ship anywhere in the continental U.S. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delayed or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.

Refund Processing

If a refund is issued, it will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.
