  • How do I join?
    Create a free account using the same email you use at checkout. Hit “Join Witness Rewards” on this page. Use the same email at checkout to keep your points together.
  • How do I redeem my points?
    Sign in, then use the live rewards area above to choose a money-off coupon. Apply the resulting code at checkout according to its terms.
  • Do my points or rewards expire?
    Points do not currently expire. Individual coupons may have terms shown when you redeem them.
  • Can I use rewards with discount codes?
    In most cases, only one discount can be applied per order. If a reward cannot be combined with another discount, you’ll see that noted in the coupon details when you redeem.
  • I forgot to log in. Can I still get my points?
    If you checked out with the same email address linked to your rewards account, points may still track automatically once the order is processed. If they don’t appear after a short while, reach out to support with your order number so we can take a look.
